AIDA International Rules

Keeping the best interest of the competing athletes in mind, we strongly suggest that your whole team, including Coaches, Captains, Safety Freedivers, etc. actually read the AIDA Regulations for Freediving Competitions thoroughly and if you are not already applying them then begin to do so during your training sessions.  It is so unfortunate when a competitor get's penalized or disqualified due to a lack of information or misinformation, especially when it is very easy to simply read, understand and implement the regulations!
